Woodhaven Highlands

Woodhaven Highlands is a small family farm, nestled in the beautiful Ozarks of southwest Missouri.  We operate in the "Homestead Style", meaning we do a lot of different things on a smaller scale.  This style of farming helps to make us self-sufficient and profitable without losing the tight-knit family feel.  Putting all your eggs in one basket is not the best idea.

One of our goals is to preserve Heritage Livestock Breeds.  If you want the average stock found in today's "mass produced" society, then don't look here.  If you are seeking old-fashioned quality and attention to detail then Woodhaven Highlands is the place for you.

Raising & Processing Our Own Meats & Produce

From our farm to your home, the work is satisfying as well as profitable.  Raising our own livestock allows us to offer top quality products at competitive prices. It also allows our family and yours a chance to enjoy foods that are wholesome and natural, with nothing added.  For our beef business we have chosen the Scottish Highland Cattle.  We have become very attached to the breed as a whole and enjoy the healthy benefits.

Land Profile

Woodhaven Highlands is situated on the Elk River, which is home to a diverse natural riparian environment.  Just off the river are majestic limestone bluffs, which are home to several caves. Continuing north, the land becomes rolling pasture and finally steep, heavily wooded hills.  It is a varied landscape, hosting a wide range of animals and rare native plants.  We endeavor to leave a small foot print in this beautiful place.

Our store is now open! It is conveniently located on the square in Pineville, Missouri, at 102 E. 5th Street (next to the old IGA grocery store). Come on in and see us!
